Alta California Soundtrack

Patricio Amerena is a Mexico City native, earned a BFA in Classical Guitar and M.A. in Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He recorded two albums and toured all over the country with the hip-hop group Fresh Cut Collective. He later moved to Los Angeles, where he performed standup comedy while working at Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, the company behind Robot Chicken. Once back in Mexico, Patricio worked at one of the country's top advertising agencies, and his music won a Círculo Creativo award. It was during this time that Patricio took on multiple aspects of post-production for Andrés’ first feature film. Creating the original score for Alta California has been a career highlight for Patricio, and the experience gave him the confidence to become the founder and CEO of Covacha Studios, an independent post-production house.
